This policy explains what personal information HAAS for Distribution (“HAAS”, “we”) collects when you use haas.eg, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
- Order details: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and governorate, the products you order and how you pay.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form, the wholesale quote form, email or WhatsApp.
- Usage data: pages you visit, the device and browser you use, and how you reached the site, collected with cookies and similar tools (see section 4).
We do not see or store your full card number. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Fawaterak.
2. Why we use it
- To prepare, deliver and support your order, including confirming it by phone or WhatsApp.
- To answer your questions and wholesale requests.
- To keep records required for accounting and returns.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, and to measure our advertising.
3. Who we share it with
- Delivery: Bosta receives your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
- Payments: Fawaterak processes card and wallet payments.
- Email: our email provider carries order and contact emails.
- Analytics and advertising: Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receive usage and purchase events, as described in section 4.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies for the shopping cart and for site settings such as language. With your consent, given in the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to understand visits and measure ads. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner, or block cookies in your browser; the cart and checkout need their essential cookies to work.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, legal and returns purposes. Messages and quote requests are kept while we are dealing with them and for a reasonable time after. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of those services.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details below.
