Welcome to haas.eg, the official website of HAAS for Distribution, a company registered in Egypt with a commercial registration and a tax card. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or any of our social media channels.

HAAS is an Egyptian company specialising in sushi ingredients and supplies for restaurants and hotels, as well as for individual customers who prepare sushi at home. We also operate a canned goods division serving restaurants, supermarkets and consumers.

4. Order processing and delivery

Orders are prepared within 2 hours of confirmation. Delivery times are:

  • القاهرة والجيزة: من 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل
  • All other governorates: up to 7 business days

Delivery charges are shown at checkout and depend on the delivery governorate.

5. Returns and exchanges

  • يمكن إرجاع المنتجات أو استبدالها خلال 14 يومًا من استلام الطلب.
  • يجب أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية وغير تالفة من قبل العميل.
  • For exchanges, the customer covers the cost of reshipping.

Refunds are issued by InstaPay or mobile wallet where available to the customer, or in person at our head office at 288 A, Villa 1, 4th Gate, Hadayek Al Ahram, Giza.

We collect the following information in order to process orders and improve our service:

  • Phone number
  • Delivery address
  • Email address, where provided

We may use this information for paid advertising and retargeting only.

HAAS works with external suppliers to provide the products listed on our platforms.

HAAS does not provide official warranties on products. We do replace or refund any defective product within the return period stated above.

BUY4U, DEPATO, MR.HUNG and OCEAN are trademarks owned by HAAS and are legally registered. All other brand names on this website belong to their respective owners.

10. Changes to these terms

HAAS may update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Giza.

12. General provisions

This agreement represents the entire understanding between you and HAAS. No waiver of any provision is considered ongoing unless stated in writing. If any clause is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in full force.
