Refund and Returns Policy
At Haas, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a trustworthy and flexible shopping experience. Therefore, we offer a 14-day return or exchange period from the date of receiving your order, subject to the following terms:
1. Conditions for Return or Exchange Acceptance
The return or exchange request must be made within 14 days from the date of product receipt.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and undamaged by the customer.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and gifts (if applicable).
Products damaged due to improper storage or use by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact us through one of the following channels:
State the reason for the return or exchange and send a photo of the product if required.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will coordinate with you to return the product via our shipping partner.
3. Refund Policy
Upon approval of the return request, the paid amount will be refunded within a maximum of 7 business days from the date the returned product is received.
Refunds will be processed through one of the following methods:
Instant transfer via Instapay
To an e-wallet (such as Vodafone Cash, Orange Money, etc.) if available to the customer
Or the customer may collect the amount in cash from our headquarters:

4. Exchange Process
In case the customer wishes to exchange a product, the customer will bear the shipping cost for both the return and the new delivery.
5. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
Products that have been opened or damaged due to improper storage or use by the customer.
Products purchased during final clearance sales, if clearly stated at the time of purchase.
