You may return or exchange an order within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving it, subject to the conditions below.<\/p>\n\n<h2>1. When a return or exchange is accepted<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The request is made within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving the product.<\/li>\n<li>The product is in its original condition: unused, unopened and undamaged by the customer.<\/li>\n<li>The product is returned in its original packaging, including any accessories or gifts.<\/li>\n<li>Products damaged through improper storage or use by the customer are not accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>2. How to request a return or exchange<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Contact us on WhatsApp at <a href=\"https:\/\/wa.me\/201027446105\">010 2744 6105<\/a>, by email at <a href=\"mailto:info@haas.eg\">info@haas.eg<\/a>, through the <a href=\"https:\/\/haas.eg\/ar\/contact-us\/\">contact form<\/a>, or on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/haasfordistribution\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Facebook<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/Haasfordistribution\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instagram<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@haasfordistrub\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TikTok<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Tell us the reason for the return or exchange, and send a photo of the product if we ask for one.<\/li>\n<li>Once the request is approved, we arrange collection through our shipping partner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>3. Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>Once a return is approved, the amount paid is refunded within a maximum of <strong>7 business days<\/strong> from the date we receive the returned product. Refunds are issued by one of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Instant transfer via <strong>InstaPay<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>To a <strong>mobile wallet<\/strong> such as Vodafone Cash or Orange Money, where available to you<\/li>\n<li>In cash, collected from our head office at 288 A, Villa 1, Fourth Gate, Hadayek El Ahram, Giza<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>4. Exchanges<\/h2>\n<p>If you would like to exchange a product, you cover the shipping cost both for returning the original item and for delivering the replacement.<\/p>\n\n<h2>5. What cannot be returned or exchanged<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Products that have been opened, or damaged through improper storage or use by the customer.<\/li>\n<li>Products bought in a final clearance sale, where this was stated clearly at the time of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>6.
